Pros:

•   Cool decor (not pretentious)
•   The holy "47B Pad Pa-Naeng Hang"
•   They give you enough for two meals (which is a huge bonus with 47B)
•   Pretty good crab rangoons (not the best in the world, but certainly tasty)

Cons:

• The menu is incomprehensible, resulting in a crapshoot. You can probably go just as wrong as we did right.
• Their spicy ratings need to be doubled to apply to Wisconsin residents
• They have hilariously bad Muzak

Verdict:
We really liked it.  It's a good, nonchalant dining experience.  You go in, sit down, and get served awesome food.  No bells or whistles are necessary as they would just get in the way.  The food speaks for itself.
